Collin Kornfeind is a filmmaker born and raised in Allentown, PA and currently living in New York City. A summa-cum-laude film studies and production graduate from Hofstra University, Collin recently won a 2023 Emmy Award for producing and editing "Welcome to the NHL" and has won multiple festival awards around the country for his self-produced short films, "New Match", "Doorman", "The Silk Street Gang" and "Reverence". His most recent documentary, "Please Rise", won the 2021 Edward R. Murrow Award for Sports Reporting for The Washington Post.
